Aureva Group is looking for a senior, highly organised Operations & Administration Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of our London property and serviced accommodation business.

You will be a key person in the office, helping coordinate properties, admin, staff, contractors, tenants, guests, landlords and agents.

  • Managing residential, co-living and serviced accommodation properties
  • Dealing with tenants, guests, landlords, agents, contractors & local councils
  • Coordinating maintenance, inspections, check-ins and check-outs
  • Keeping property files, certificates and compliance records organised
  • Supporting rent schedules, office admin and internal procedures
  • Can manage a busy workload without constant supervision
  • Communicates well in written and spoken English
  • Can use Microsoft Office or spreadsheets
  • com, property compliance or tenancy admin would be a strong advantage.

Fluent English is essential.

Another European language would be beneficial.
