Aureus School is seeking a Home School Link Worker to join our Pastoral Team. You will be a resilient, reliable and supportive presence, strengthening communication between KS4 families, school, therapists and other professionals.
You will proactively seek support for families, join the KS4 attendance team, and lead EHA while attending TAF and EHCP Review meetings. Home visits may be required to support families and children.
