An excellent opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as a Deputy Headteacher at Aureus Primary School. Your Opportunity

We seek to recruit a dynamic, innovative leader who will actively inspire, motivate, and challenge, have a ‘hands-on,’ positive attitude to work, and lead with character, determination, and integrity. A strong track record in leading and developing teaching, learning and curriculum will be very advantageous. This is a unique opportunity to support the Headteacher and work alongside a team of talented, committed staff to help shape the future of this thriving school. The successful candidate will be a motivated Assistant Headteacher seeking promotion, or an experienced Deputy Headteacher looking for their next move into a large Trust with multiple progression opportunities. You will be an excellent classroom practitioner, with the ability to model and demonstrate the key characteristics of effective teaching and learning, and to support the implementation of the curriculum. Leading positively, professionally, and enthusiastically, you will support us in maintaining high standards and expectations across the schools, and more widely within GLF Schools.

Aureus Primary School and Manor Primary School make up the Didcot Cluster, a newly established cluster of schools overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Aureus Primary School and Manor Primary School, the wider Oxfordshire cluster includes; William Morris, Longford Park, Hardwick and Cherry Fields.
