Aureos is looking for a proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Normanton. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless coordination of all site-based activities managed from our Normanton office. It offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Setting up site safety folders
- Overseeing out-of-town accommodation arrangements
- Updating and maintaining timesheet tracker and providing relevant data for reports
- Compiling and producing hardcopy site files for Project Managers - Health & Safety, Quality, Contract, CDM
- Booking accommodation
- Ordering office and site stationery
- Assisting Project Managers to ensure projects are run in compliance with the organisation's requirements
- Updating and maintaining Fleet records including off hiring vehicles and ensuring insurance is up to date
- Archiving company information
Requirements include a sound understanding of basic computer skills and IT systems, high quality work, and the ability to protect private and confidential information.
