Job Summary:
AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a Sub Agent to assist in the successful delivery of highways upgrade projects for Liverpool City Council, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager and Senior Agent in the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects.
- Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, including direct labor, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, progress reports, and material usage.
- Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure work meets specified standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders as required.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation.
- Support the management of project budgets and cost control.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the infrastructure sector.
- Proven experience in managing site operations and supervising teams.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, health and safety regulations, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
