We are seeking Graduate Apprentices in the following roles and locations:

  • Degree QS Apprentice
  • Degree Systems & Telecoms Apprentice
  • Degree Mechanical Engineer Apprentice
  • Degree Electrical Engineer Apprentice

Aureos works across the full lifecycle of critical infrastructure, from design and engineering to installation, upgrades, maintenance, and emergency response. Apprentices join teams that contribute to real world projects in:

  • Upgrading and maintaining the UK’s power infrastructure
  • Supporting renewable energy connections
  • Transport & Rail: Engineering services for rail networks, track, electrification, and civil engineering works that keep the UK moving
  • Highways & Local Government: Road and bridge improvements, infrastructure that strengthens local communities

At Aureos, your growth is our priority. You’ll join an apprenticeship programme designed around your development, with a dedicated mentor guiding both your personal and professional progress. Throughout the programme, you’ll build your technical skills through hands-on experience in your role and through your college or university studies. At the same time, we’ll help you strengthen key soft skills such as presenting, leadership, and influencing, ensuring you develop into a well-rounded professional. You will be involved in lots of networking events with your fellow apprentices, including summer away days, Christmas awards and training. Once you have progressed from our apprenticeship scheme, we will continue to support you all the way through to professional qualification and more!
