Aureos are seeking a highly organised and proactive part-time Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in south Manchester, located close to Manchester airport. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations. This role is pivotal in creating a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee general office operations and procedures, including scheduling, supplies, mail, and filing systems.
- Manage office budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with IT, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless office functionality.
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Organise office events, meetings, and appointments.
- Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
- Support onboarding of new employees and maintain office records and documentation.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic HR and finance procedures.
