Aureos are recruiting for a Learning and Development Business Partner to ideally work in our Ashford, Kent office; however, other locations will be considered as travelling to other sites will be required.
As a Learning and Development Business Partner (L&D BP), you will play a key role in shaping, delivering, and embedding Aureos’ learning and development strategy. With a strong focus on early careers, management development, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), and third-party learning partnerships, you will ensure our approach to people development is practical, inclusive, and directly aligned to the needs of our operational workforce.
A central aspect of the role is building strong, trusted relationships with colleagues across the business through regular on-site engagement. You will spend significant time in our operational environments, speaking directly with employees and managers to understand the realities of their roles, identify current and emerging skill gaps, and gather insight into development needs. Using this insight, you will design, commission, and deliver targeted L&D projects and interventions that address those gaps and support both individual performance and organisational capability.
You will lead on the development and delivery of Aureos’ early careers provision, including apprenticeships, graduate or trainee pathways, and entry-level development programmes. This includes working with external providers and accrediting bodies to ensure programmes are high quality, compliant, and reflective of our values, while also supporting managers to effectively develop and retain talent. Management and leadership development will form another core pillar of the role. You will design and oversee development pathways for new and existing managers, focusing on building inclusive leadership capability, people management skills, performance management, and confidence in leading teams. These programmes will be grounded in real operational challenges and aligned to Aureos’ culture, values, and EDI ambitions.

- Experience of working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including content management, reporting, and monitoring learner engagement.
- Proven experience of designing and delivering digital learning content and blended learning solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high-quality service.
In return you will receive:
- Generous Salary
- 25 days Holiday + BH and the option to buy more
