Aureos are recruiting for a Trainee Electrician to work in our Specialist Power Networks division in Yeovil.

Due to growth within the company but also the demand within the industry, Aureos are looking to bring on trainee s for a fast-tracked development plan.

The successful candidate will be working alongside an experienced Cable Jointer learning the duties and skills needed and attending courses when needed.

Once qualified, some of your role will involve; * Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and testing in line with BS7671 and Aureos policies and procedures. * Set out jobs from drawings and specifications, requisition materials, and ensure all works are completed to the highest standard. * Commission and test electrical systems and issue relevant certification. * Fault-find and carry out remedial works. * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers where required. * Support and mentor apprentices or trainees as part of your daily role. * LV electrical EICR * Emergency light testing * PAT testing * Working at Height * Managing sub-contractors to complete their specialist tasks, and various small electrical install projects.
