Aureos is seeking an Administrator to join our Team in Tiptree. This office-based role involves various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the depot.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following Document management, contractual documentation and issuingcontractual correspondence.
Prepare Purchase, Plant and Subcontract orders to be sent out to Suppliers.
Carry out document management and filing.
Act as a focal point of contact to receive incoming enquiries and either handle orforward on to relevant personnel.
Collate delivery notes and invoices and add to system.
Raising work order requests, and amendments to current jobs.
Skills, experience and qualifications Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
A high degree of personal initiative, responsibility and commitment coupled withintegrity and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentially.
Ability to cope with urgency, pressure of work, prioritising and to remain flexiblewithin a rapidly changing environment.
