Aureos are seekingan Access Liaison Officer.
Your roleshall be to manage access and relationships with grantors &stakeholders.
Youwillwork with the Clients Land &Developmentteam and their grantors to agree site access routes andresolveany issues that arises during the construction project.
Tomaintaina collaborative working environment which ensures client, internal and other stakeholders' requirements are effectively managed.

The successful candidate willbe responsible forthe following
- Maintain Records of site access agreements and log communications with grantors/ stakeholders
- Liaise with Land Officers, Site Teamsand stakeholders to secure andmaintainaccess consents and maintain relationships throughlifecycle ofproject
- Respond and log daily access related queries
- Update drawings, schedules through lifecycle of project
- Inspect and monitor access routes for compliance and safety
- Coordinate with authorities and utility owners for access permissions across/ in proximity to their assets
- Manage public Rights of Way, Community engagement during the construction phase
- Maintainaccess concerns and attend weekly project meetings with Client
- Involvement in the day-to-day running of the projects with the purpose of agreeing access onto private land; Maintainingclient & landowner relationships
- Work closely with the Aureos Project delivery team and other project subcontractors and consultancy teams to ensure landowners requirements are communicated and managed during the construction works;
- Liaise and confirm accommodation works requirements on projects- this shall include, access road installation/ upgrades, Temporary Roads, Land Drainage, Fencing & work area preparation
- Resolution of landowners &client'scomplaints and defects andprovidelandowner and agricultural advice to project staff and project consultants asrequired;
- Correspondence with land agents, landowners, localauthorities, associated works contractors etc. and the preparation of notices and other formalities for entry on to private land;
- Assisting in providing regular client update reports and attending scheme progress meetings as required;
- Preparation of Notice plans, accessplansand Schedules of Works.
- Liaise & coordinate the works with Local councils, Road Network Operators, Utility companies & Traffic Management Contractor to successfully deliver projects
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Transmission; Regional Managerand Support Functions to deliver your project (s) andenhance solid working relationships as one team across the business.
- Planning, controllingand managing the delivery of your project(s) utilisingthe necessary resource and skills, within the agreed parameters of cost, timescalesand quality safely.
- Instil a strong safety culture and develop the capability of our project team(s) to take personal responsibility through strong visible leadership
- Drive yourself and others tocomply withall business policies, proceduresand governance
- Lead on developing ahigh-performanceculture of one team
- Talk positively and listen actively across the business and the people within it
- Support of the tender process.

Skills, qualificationsand experience
- Base understanding of land management / farming processes / Land Drainage that may be affected by construction activities
- Strongcommunicationand negotiating skills which are a key element for this role.
- Organised and able to manage a varied/ busyworkload
- Excellent communication skills and credibility with landowners
- Attention to detail and problem solver.
- Full driving license.
