Aureos is seeking an Administrator to join our Team in Tiptree.

This office-based role involves various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the depot.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the following
  • Document management, contractual documentation and issuing contractual correspondence.
  • Prepare Purchase, Plant and Subcontract orders to be sent out to Suppliers.
  • Carry out document management and filing.
  • Act as a focal point of contact to receive incoming enquiries and either handle or forward on to relevant personnel.
  • Collate delivery notes and invoices and add to system.
  • Raising work order requests, and amendments to current jobs.

Skills, Experience And Qualifications

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • A high degree of personal initiative, responsibility and commitment coupled with integrity and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentially.
  • Ability to cope with urgency, pressure of work, prioritising and to remain flexible within a rapidly changing environment.
