Aureol Global Connections is expanding and is currently seeking 5 talented Quantity Surveyors to join our team. In these key roles, you will be responsible for managing budget estimations, cost control, and financial management across various construction projects. You will collaborate with project teams to ensure that costs are controlled and that projects are delivered within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of cost management principles and construction processes.
- Proficiency in relevant quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills for accurate cost assessment.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities for interacting with clients and contractors.
- Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Professional membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB) is a plus, but not essential.
