We are seeking an experienced Mechanical and Piping Manager to lead and manage all mechanical and piping activities across assigned projects. The role involves overseeing engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all mechanical and piping works from design through commissioning
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, QA/QC, procurement, and commissioning teams
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes/standards
- Supervise site installation activities and resolve technical issues
- Lead and manage engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Monitor progress, productivity, and costs; prepare reports and forecasts
- Enforce HSE policies and quality standards throughout project execution
- Interface with clients, consultants, and vendors on technical matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical and piping works on large-scale projects
- Proven leadership experience in a managerial or senior role
- Strong knowledge of piping systems, mechanical equipment, and construction practices
- Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
