Role
- Caring and supporting our amazing residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
- Providing personal care, social support and making impactful and heartwarming memories.
- Ensuring the needs of our residents are met through the use of our electronic care platform āNourishā.
- Working within a committed team.
- Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
- Supervising, guiding and supporting a group of care assistants.
- Assisting in the planning and monitoring of resident care.
- Assisting with care assistant induction programme and Core Training Programme.
- Performing other adāhoc duties to meet service delivery for our residents.
What Makes a Successful Candidate
- Must have previous senior care experience.
- NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care obtained.
- Enthusiastic about providing care.
- Great values and compassion for supporting people.
- Can work well as part of a team and independently, showing creativity and passion for the work you do.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to follow and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
