What does the job role involve?
- Caring and supporting residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
- Ensuring the ongoing safety of residents.
- Keeping up to date with clinical developments and best practice in relevant areas.
- Managing, administering and recording medication (including controlled drugs and oxygen) safely and in accordance with NMC requirements and procedures.
- Knowledge of Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults policies and procedures and reporting untoward events in line with Aurem Care and Local Authority requirements.
- Meeting residents' needs through the electronic care platform “Nourish.”
- Working as a committed team member and demonstrating positive caring values in all practice.
- Carrying out any ad hoc duties to meet service delivery for residents.
