Aurem Care is seeking a Regional Operations Support Manager to oversee our South Region across Surrey and surrounding areas.

Based in Surrey, you will travel regularly to care homes and attend the London Head Office, providing hands-on leadership to Home Managers and clinical teams.

You will drive quality, governance and operational improvements, mentor leaders, manage budgets and KPIs, and ensure homes achieve Good or Outstanding CQC ratings while upholding our compassionate care values.
