About The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality clinical care and support residents to live fulfilling, meaningful lives. This is a busy, rewarding role that offers genuine job satisfaction and the opportunity to make a real difference every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person‑centred care and support to residents.
- Ensure the ongoing health, wellbeing, and safety of residents.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of clinical developments and best practice.
- Safely manage, administer, and record medication, including controlled drugs and oxygen, in line with NMC requirements and company procedures.
- Understand and follow Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults policies and procedures, reporting concerns appropriately.
- Accurately maintain resident records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
- Undertake additional duties as required to support excellent service delivery.
About You
- Previous nursing experience.
- A valid NMC PIN.
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
