Responsibilities include caring and supporting residents in their care journey, ensuring the ongoing safety of residents, and keeping up to date with relevant clinical developments and best practice. You will manage, administer, and record medication, including controlled drugs and oxygen, in accordance with NMC requirements and procedures. Knowledge of Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults policies and procedures is essential, as well as reporting untoward events in line with Aurem Care and local authority requirements. Meeting residents' needs through the use of our electronic care platform "Nourish" is expected, along with working within a committed team and demonstrating positive caring values in all aspects of practice. You may also be required to perform any ad hoc duties necessary to meet service delivery for residents and engage well with the people we support in their continuing interests, fostering positive experiences.

Qualifications required include previous nursing experience, a valid NMC pin number, strong values of compassion, and a commitment to supporting people. The ability to work well as part of a team and independently, showing creativity and passion, is important. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow and prioritise tasks and responsibilities are also necessary.

Benefits include a full-time contract available with night shifts on offer, a pay rate of £23 per hour, and 36 hours available per week, including weekend hours (part-time and bank options also available). You will receive 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time contracts), NMC revalidation provided, life insurance, and a free DBS.
