About the Role

As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in enhancing our residents' wellbeing by planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to their individual preferences and abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver a varied programme of group and individual activities.
- Create and maintain weekly activity schedules.
- Support residents to participate in activities that reflect their interests, hobbies, and personal choices.
- Assess residents' social and recreational needs, taking into account their abilities, preferences, and wellbeing goals.
- Ensure residents' social care plans are completed and regularly reviewed.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Assist with other duties as required to support the smooth delivery of care services.
About You
- Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about making a difference.
- Experienced in organising activities, ideally within a care, health, or community setting.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful of individual needs.
