Aurem Care is hiring a Lead Activities Coordinator to plan, organise and deliver a diverse activities programme across a care home in the UK.
You will lead the Activities Team, create inclusive activities reflecting residents' interests and life experiences, and work with families and the community to enrich daily living.
The role requires a proactive, compassionate leader with strong communication skills, able to manage schedules and support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
