The Opportunity: Senior Carer
As a Senior Carer, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our residents to live active and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Care Assistants, providing guidance and support.
- Deliver exceptional personal and social care, fostering independence and well-being.
- Utilise our electronic care platform, "Nourish," to ensure personalized care plans are met.
- Contribute to the planning and monitoring of resident care, ensuring the highest standards.
- Support the induction and ongoing training of Care Assistants.

- What You'll Bring
We're looking for dedicated individuals who possess
- Proven experience as a Senior Carer.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
- Proficiency in medication management.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding care and supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and engage residents in their interests.

- Full-time or part-time, including weekend work. Bank hours also available.
- 22, 33, 44 hours per week available
- Night shifts
- Working pattern: 8pm - 8am
- 28 days annual leave (pro rata for part-time), including bank holidays.
