The Opportunity: Senior Carer

  • Support the induction and ongoing training of Care Assistants.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for dedicated individuals who possess:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Carer.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
  • Proficiency in medication management.
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding care and supporting others.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and engage residents in their interests.

What We Offer

  • Pay: £13.70 per hour.
  • Full‑time or part‑time, including weekend work. Bank hours also available.
  • 24 or 36 hours per week available
  • Night shifts
  • Working pattern: 8pm - 8am
  • 28 days annual leave (pro rata for part‑time), including bank holidays.
