What does the job role involve?

  • Caring and supporting our amazing residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
  • Providing personal care, social support and making impactful and heartwarming memories.
  • Ensuring the needs of our residents are met through the use of our electronic care platform “Nourish”.
  • Work within a committed team member.
  • Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
  • To supervise, guide and support a group of care assistants.
  • To assist in the planning and monitoring of resident care.
  • Assist with care assistant induction programme and Core Training Programme.
  • Any ad hoc duties to meet service delivery for our residents.

What makes a successful candidate:

  • Must have previous senior care experience.
  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social care obtained would be preferred.
  • Enthusiastic about providing care.
  • Great values and compassion for supporting people.
  • You will be able to work well as part of a team and independently showing creativity and passion for the work you do.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Be able to follow and prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
  • Engage well with people we support in their continuing interests and supporting positive experiences.

What we can offer you in return for your hard work and commitment:

  • Full and Part time contracts on offer.
  • Day shifts.
  • We are currently offering 22, 33, 44 hours per week, inclusive of weekend work (bank hours also on offer).
  • Working hours: Days 7am– 7pm shifts.
  • Hourly rate: £12.81 per hour (Pay is dependent upon qualifications).
  • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays (pro rata for part time).
