We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing and Brand Executive to join our growing organisation within the care sector. This role is ideal for a graduate or early-career marketer looking to step up, build hands‑on experience, and develop a broad skill set across digital and offline marketing. You will play a key role in promoting our services and values, supporting both digital and offline marketing, and helping to strengthen our brand across multiple channels. The role also includes travel to our care homes to capture content and support local engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Manage and update social media platforms (content creation, scheduling, and engagement)
- Maintain and update company websites, ensuring content is accurate and engaging
- Assist with creating marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations
- Visit and travel to care homes to capture content, support local marketing activity, and build relationships
- Support brand consistency across all communications
- Assist with performance tracking and basic reporting (e.g. social media insights)
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, social media engagement, and website analytics
- Support administrative tasks and ad hoc projects for the marketing team
About You
- A graduate or early-career professional looking to step up in marketing
- Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
- Well‑versed in social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Basic experience with website content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Creative, organised, and eager to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable travelling to care homes and engaging with a variety of stakeholders
- Interest or experience in the care or health sector is an advantage, but not essential
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage
What can we offer you in return, for your hard work and commitment?
- 40 hours per week
- Salary: £35,000 per annum
- Hybrid / 3 days Office based in Reading, with regular travel to Aurem Care homes
- 25 Days Annual Leave plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time)
