What You’ll Do
- Identify and prioritise opportunities for automation and digital transformation across diverse business functions
- Design, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions to solve real operational challenges
- Lead partnerships with start-ups, consultancies, and tech vendors to deliver measurable value
- Build reusable frameworks, components, and best practices to scale automation group-wide
- Develop clear business cases with tangible ROI on every AI initiative
- Contribute to internal Aurelius innovation projects driving efficiency and process optimisation
What you’ll need
- 5–8 years’ experience in consulting, technology, process automation, or high-growth startup environments
- Confident working with C-suite stakeholders and translating complexity into impact
- Proven record leading data-driven or automation projects from idea to implementation
- Practical experience with automation tools (like Make, Zapier, n8n, UiPath, Power Automate)
- Solid understanding of prompt engineering (structured prompts, tool integration, RAG basics)
- Hands-on builder mindset: comfortable with Python basics, APIs, and prototype automation builds
- Fluent in English; German a strong plus
