The Role

As a Senior Client Advisor , you are a trusted ambassador of the Maison — blending product expertise, emotional intelligence, and refined service.

You represent the standard of excellence in every client encounter and mentor others through your example.

Responsibilities

  • Client Experience & Sales: Engage clients through authentic connection and tailored advice. Deliver results through empathy, not persuasion.
  • Client Portfolio Development: Build and nurture your own loyal network of clients, maintaining detailed records of preferences and history.
  • CRM & Clienteling: Ensure accurate, consistent updates to client profiles and initiate personalised follow-ups.
  • Product Expertise: Communicate confidently about suede, cashmere, merino wool, and fine leather — translating craftsmanship into compelling storytelling.
  • Visual Merchandising & Store Ambience: Uphold a flawless environment that embodies Aurélien’s understated elegance.
  • Collaboration & Mentoring: Support junior team members through knowledge sharing and example-led performance.
  • Profile
  • Minimum2-3 years of experience in luxury retail
  • Existing client portfolioand proven clienteling record are strong advantages
  • Natural curiosity for people and materials
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, Italian, or French) are a plus
  • Passion for refined style, craftsmanship, and long-term client relationships
