Role Description
This full‑time Instructor role is based at Aurelia Training’s Kentford facility. The Instructor will deliver high‑quality training and assessments in construction plant, industrial lifting, and powered access equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Preparing training materials
- Delivering theoretical and practical training sessions
- Conducting assessments
- Maintaining accurate training records
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards
- Providing excellent support to trainees throughout their learning process
Qualifications
- Expertise in operating and instructing on construction plant, powered access platforms, and industrial forklift trucks
- Strong presentation, training delivery, and assessment skills
- Understanding of CPCS, NPORS, IPAF, ALLMI, or NVQ accreditation standards
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction and industrial sectors
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
- Experience in training or teaching is highly desirable
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in operator training and assessment are preferred
