We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive team support professional to assist with projects, daily operations, and broader coordination across a fast-paced, diverse team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an agile environment, enjoys collaboration, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. This is a permanent role and can be based in either Sydney or Newcastle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with Client Relationship Management (CRM) entries, business reporting, information management, and knowledge sharing.

Experience in a similar role within a professional services environment.
