This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the success of major infrastructure projects across the UK. The Role: As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will support major project commercial teams to ensure the best commercial outcomes. You will be instrumental in maximising commercial opportunities, mitigating risks, and providing contractual guidance. Your leadership, communication, and training will drive positive behaviours and uphold the company\’s values. Key Responsibilities: * Provide commercial and contractual guidance to senior leadership teams. * Assist with key claims, compensation events, and early warnings. * Monitor financial and commercial performance, reporting directly to the Major Projects Director. * Oversee monthly forecasting in collaboration with site teams. * Drive team development and competency improvements. * Build strong relationships with clients and attend senior meetings. * Support the tender team by reviewing contracts and identifying key risks and opportunities. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in senior commercial roles within the construction industry. * Strong technical knowledge of various contract forms, with an in-depth understanding of NEC Contracts. * Experience managing large infrastructure projects. * Excellent people management skills and a track record of supporting construction teams. * Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and drive improvement initiatives. * Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work nationally. * Strong industry connections and client relationship management skills.
