Main Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. In this role, you will create engaging content, develop marketing campaigns, and analyse performance to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. You will play a key role in shaping our digital strategy and ensuring our brand remains visible and relevant.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimise content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Produce high-quality graphics, videos, and written content that aligns with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.
- Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns, promotions, and paid advertising to increase reach and engagement.
- Optimise website content for search engines, ensuring high visibility and organic traffic growth.
- Track performance metrics, generate reports, and use data insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, fostering positive relationships with the audience.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and partners to expand brand reach.
- Develop and manage email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing tools to enhance strategy.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Experience using social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
