Main Purpose of the Job: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator and Logistics Coordinator to support the smooth running of our office and logistics operations. This role requires excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate logistics efficiently to ensure seamless business operations.

Reports To: Clinical Manager, Operational Manager, Human Resources Department, or Director (depending on the specific situation or structure).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office administration, including managing correspondence, handling phone enquiries, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling, ensuring efficient planning and timely deliveries.
  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and transport providers to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate records, including purchase orders, invoices, and inventory logs.
  • Process documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support the team with general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and booking travel arrangements when required.

Qualifications and Skills:
