An online maintenance technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment within Operations. Their responsibilities involve a blend of technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and adherence to safety protocols to maintain production efficiency and prevent downtime.

  • Routine Maintenance and Inspections – Conduct regular inspections of manufacturing equipment to identify and address potential issues before they lead to breakdowns. Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and parts replacement according to scheduled maintenance plans.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair – Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software‑related issues in machinery and equipment. Execute timely repairs to minimise production disruptions and ensure continuous operation.
