AURA Veterinary is looking for an experienced HR Manager to provide professional support and advice to line managers and staff for all HR related matters. You will be responsible for the day-to-day business, as well as monthly payroll based at our hospital in Guildford, Surrey. You will work to ensure AURA is compliant with employment law, identifying opportunities for learning and development and provide insight in order for the team to enhance their performance and achieve the business objectives.
Responsibilities:- Provide professional HR support and advice to line managers and staff on all HR matters.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and monthly payroll for the Guildford hospital.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and identify opportunities for learning and development.
- Provide insights to enhance performance and help the team achieve business objectives.
- Support the organization in implementing people processes and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- Work in a hybrid role with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- 33 days inclusive of bank holidays (FTE).
