Aura Technical Services is a specialist MEP management consultancy supporting Tier 1 main contractors across complex construction, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects. We're a growing business, but more importantly, we're a focused one. We deliberately work on:
- Long-term, complex programmes (3–5 years)
- High-profile, technically challenging projects

We are actively building AuraAI, an AI-powered MEP management platform designed by engineers, for engineers. This isn't theory or a future idea, it's being developed right now and will be used on live projects. AuraAI is designed to:
- Interrogate drawings, specs, and technical documents instantly
- Support real-time problem solving on site
- Automate reporting, compliance tracking, and technical reviews
- Capture project intelligence that normally gets lost
- Give our team a technical and commercial edge on every project
As part of Aura, you won't just use these tools, you'll help shape how they're applied in real-world construction.
As a Technical Services Manager, you will:
- Lead MEP coordination and delivery on site
- Review and challenge design during pre-construction and delivery
- Manage subcontractors and drive technical compliance
- Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover
- Use emerging tools (including AuraAI) to improve delivery and reporting
- Identify and solve problems early, not react to them late
- Represent Aura with professionalism and technical authority
We're not looking for CVs, we're looking for capability. You'll likely have:
- Strong experience as a TSM or Senior Engineer within MEP construction
- The confidence to challenge design and contractors, where needed
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- The ability to operate independently on site
- An interest in improving how things are done, not just repeating old processes
