We're hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a company doing genuinely meaningful work. We're working with a mental health start-up that's quietly become a go-to employee benefit for businesses across sectors like tech, media, hospitality, and construction. They've just hit a big milestone: 100,000 free therapy sessions delivered to employees. And they're just getting started.

Role

You'll be building software that either helps the business reach more companies or makes the product more efficient to run. Think meaningful full-stack work with a backend lean - roughly 70/30. About 60% of your time is heads-down engineering: writing features, building robust systems, shipping tests. The other 40% is more collaborative - sitting in on product planning, exploring solutions, talking to stakeholders, and understanding the real-world impact of what you're building. You won't just be handed tickets. You'll help shape what gets built and why.

Location: 4 days on site in London

The ideal candidate

  • You're a strong full-stack engineer who leans backend, has solid foundations, and has thrived in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
  • 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years at a high-performing scale-up.
  • If you're drawn to companies where your work genuinely matters and where you'll be one of a small number of people shaping the engineering direction - we'd love to hear from you.
