We’re partnering with a high-growth, profitable UK scale-up building a category-defining product at the intersection of technology, finance, and sustainability. They’ve already reached significant scale (hundreds of thousands of users), have strong unit economics, and are now entering the next phase of growth, where data science becomes a core competitive advantage.
You’ll start as a hands-on leader, owning and deploying production-grade machine learning models that directly impact revenue, risk, and customer experience, while simultaneously building the function around you.
What you’ll actually be doing:
- Designing and deploying ML models across areas like risk, churn, and personalisation
- Owning projects end-to-end (problem → model → production → monitoring)
- Working directly with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and commercial
- Defining the long-term data science roadmap
- Building a high-performance team over time
