We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team, assisting with essential financial operations for our global solar and battery storage developments, headquartered in Bristol.
What you’ll be doing
As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll support our team by:
- Drafting and executing payment runs
- Managing landowner payments
- Managing employee expense claims and reimbursements
- Uploading and reconciling bank statements
- Assisting with compliance reporting and drawdown creation
Ad-Hoc Tasks
- Monitoring finance mailbox
- Assisting in annual accounting tasks, including audit and financial statement drafting
Is this the job for you?
We are looking for someone with experience of the tasks outlined above. Industry experience, construction, or project finance experience is desirable but not required. You will need good organisational skills, communication and a proactive approach.
