Responsibilities
- Providing one on‑one support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their individualized education plans (IEPs) are met.
- Assisting classroom teachers in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Implementing strategies to help students develop their communication, social, and academic skills.
- Offering emotional support to children, helping them build confidence and independence.
- Collaborating with the school's SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to assess, plan, and monitor the progress of students.
