We are currently seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support the smooth running of secondary school examinations across our school in Liverpool. This is a flexible, term-time role starting immediately and continuing through to the end of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities- Supervising students during exams to ensure a calm and secure environment
- Distributing and collecting exam papers in accordance with regulations
- Ensuring exam conditions are strictly adhered to at all times
- Assisting with setting up exam rooms before sessions and clearing afterwards
- Reporting any irregularities or concerns to the Exams Officer
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
- Punctual, reliable, and professional approach
- Good communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and observant under pressure
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
- Highly flexible working pattern – choose your own hours from as little as 2 hours per week up to full-time hours, depending on your availability
