Aura Connections is an outsourced sales and marketing company working with some of the UK's best-known brands, including E.ON, EE and British Gas. We specialise in events, business-to-business and field-based marketing, and we build direct relationships between our clients and their customers.
Our focus is simple: deliver high-quality customer engagement, strengthen client relationships and drive long-term growth through well-run campaigns.
What you'll be doing
- Speaking with customers face to face to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services
- Representing major UK brands at events, in businesses and in the field
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Building strong, professional relationships with customers and clients
- Supporting the planning and delivery of client campaigns
- Taking part in regular training on sales, communication and leadership
- Learning how to spot and follow up new business opportunities
Who we're looking for
No previous sales experience is needed. We'll teach you. We're looking for people who are:

- Interested in sales, business or client services

Training and progression
You'll join a structured training programme with one-to-one coaching and mentoring from day one. You'll learn the fundamentals of sales, recruitment and leadership, then get clear routes to progress into team leader and management roles as your performance grows.
