We’re looking for a driven and proactive, detail‑focused Finance Assistant to join our Lowestoft team.
Core Responsibilities and Tasks- Posting of bank receipts and payments
- Assisting with credit control and invoicing
- Monthly journal processing
- Monthly reconciliations
- Processing of all expense claims
- Managing company credit cards
- Assisting with administration of company fleet
- Assistance with analysis of profit by job
- Assistance with stock reporting
- Team player
- Logical thinker
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload
- Experience working in a finance function
- Good knowledge of excel
