A global contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) is hiring a Senior Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth across its service portfolio (small molecule, biologics, ADCs, peptides, and oligonucleotides). This is a senior, client-facing role with responsibility for high-value partnerships and long-term revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development strategy across multiple therapeutic and modality areas
  • Build and manage key client relationships, from first contact through to close
  • Partner with technical and executive teams to align proposals with client needs
  • Represent the company at major conferences and in high-level negotiations

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years in BD or commercial leadership within CDMO, CRO, or pharma services
  • Strong knowledge across modalities (small molecule, biologics, or ADCs)
  • Proven track record of winning complex deals and building client trust
  • Strong communicator, commercially minded, and highly collaborative
