We are looking for a Care Assistant to provide residents with detailed care plans and assist with all aspects of personal care during the day, ensuring residents maintain independence and dignity through a person-centred approach.

Rate of Pay: £12.43 to £13.23 per hour

Contract Type: Part-time, Full-time, or Bank

Contract Hours: 12 Hours, 36 Hours, or Zero hours

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide care according to the residents\’ individualised care plans using a person-centred approach.
2. Support residents with personal care, promoting independence, privacy, and respect.
3. Assist residents with meals in a dignified, respectful manner, maintaining a calm atmosphere.
4. Identify and meet social, emotional, and cultural needs, participating in person-centred engagement activities.
5. Support residents in utilizing the environment, including outdoor spaces.
