Aura is one of the most globally recognised creative partners to consumer ecommerce brands, known for making the kind of ads people save, brands envy and algorithms love. We produce work that connects with customers and performs commercially for the likes of Victoria's Secret, New Balance, Who Gives A Crap, and more. Aura sits as part of Consumed Group, which also owns Global Performance Marketing Agency of the Year, Bark.London, acting as the creative sister company to BARK.

As a group, we deliver smarter paid media solutions for global ecommerce brands. Our integrated approach to performance marketing combines three essential capabilities - smart strategy, brilliant creative and advanced data science - across all major search and social platforms. This unique model helps leading ecommerce brands think differently, grow faster, and build lasting brand value.

Successful performance marketing requires excellence across all three areas. We are the only independent UK agency that Meta has certified as being best-in-class at all three.

Our vision is for Aura Ads, and the wider Consumed Group, to be a vehicle for our team to achieve what they want to achieve: personal & professional. We’ll support them (you!) in whatever that might be and recognise that it’s our job as an employer to give our team every opportunity to make their goals a reality.

We want to continue building an amazing place to work. A place where you can be yourself, do your best, and ultimately grow as both a person and a colleague. We do this through a supportive culture, flexible working, perks and continuous commitment to learning and development.

Part of becoming a great place to work is that we’re committed to including people of all backgrounds and experiences. That includes race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, age, political affiliation, family or parental status. We want to hear from you!

Over the past seven years, we’ve grown in size and reputation extremely quickly by hiring talented people who truly care about getting results for the businesses we partner with, then providing them with the tools, support and training they need to excel. We’re a fast growing team of 50+ that packs a punch, currently on pace to grow +30% again within the next 12 months. We’re looking for someone who wants to join a quickly growing, well organised people-first business at an incredibly exciting and pivotal time of growth, whilst accelerating their own career.

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing company - without all the pitfalls of typical ‘startups’ - and personally impact the growth of businesses that are making a real difference.

99% of our clients are direct to consumer eCommerce brands and typically fall somewhere into the below categories:

  • Fashion, apparel, jewellery
  • FMCG
  • Plants, greetings & misc. gifts
  • Sports & fitness
  • Subscriptions

Many are leading global brands. Some are bootstrapped, founder owned & run. They all trust us to significantly impact their growth through performance creative.

Importantly, we ensure every client we sign is thoroughly vetted before we even offer to take them on. It’s important to us to grow the right way, with clients who we genuinely want to work with.

Here’s our criteria:

  • They’ve got to pass the “lunch test”. They’ve got to be genuine, friendly people to work with. Would we want to hang out or go and have lunch with them? Great relationships breed great work, and we want to give you a supportive environment to work and grow in, not clients who are unreasonable.
  • They’ve got to have a product(s) and brand we can get excited about as a team. Nothing worse than working on a brand you don’t believe in.
  • They’ve got to want to be led and challenged creatively. We partner with businesses to help them think differently, grow faster, and build lasting brand value.

If they fit this criteria and we want to work together, then we’ll go ahead, but only if we’re sure it will be a strong partnership and only if we’re confident we have the capacity and resource in the team to make it happen.

Just some of our clients (Paid Social, Google Search, Creative, Data Science): Antler, Pangaia, Smalls, HelloFresh, My Sunday Ski, Pom Pom London, amongst others.

We’ve gone against the typical agency model and hired an extremely senior team first. Logic being, it’s important to build a firm foundation: be in a position to actually provide a great service to clients, and provide consistent up-skilling opportunities to the wider team as we grow.

Creative Strategists: All incredibly strong on consumer psychology, positioning, brand and the latest trends on social. They concept, brief and analyse creative to continue fuelling ad account growth.

Design Team: Experts across the full creative spectrum, from campaign-style motion through to low-fi organic feeling content. They bring ideas and brands to life, ensuring the thinking behind our creative lands in the context of social.

Operations Team: An essential team of highly organised individuals ensuring the volume and scale of creative that we put out remains slick and well oiled. Each of our team members is empowered to work and communicate closely with each other at all levels of the business.

We’re looking for a Mid or Senior Creative (Motion & Graphic Designer) to join us who is excited about taking on a new challenge and quickly growing with us as a business. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing business, taking on a lot of responsibility in a critical design role.

If you have a passion for creating motion and graphics content to directly impact business growth, discovering social trends, capturing an audience, building businesses, and are keen to have a lot of fun doing it – this is the role for you.

Day to day you will work closely with our Creative & Paid Media Teams at all levels to make brand and performance-led content for our clients’ paid social advertising channels. Driven by the data that our wider team specialises in, this content will be optimised for peak ad-performance.

Motion-design is a requirement, but you should also be comfortable with still imagery and more native-feeling social content too. While support is always on-hand, this is a senior role and you will be expected to be comfortable with a large degree of independence from the get-go.

We have regular company socials, hangouts, events and meet-ups, with a real focus on maintaining our company culture. So if you’re enthused by being surrounded by a fun, high performing team doing some industry leading work who challenge and bring out the best in each other, we want to hear from you!

Here are some things you should know about how we work and what we expect as a team:

  • Work smart and do work you’re proud of.
  • Your time is your own. Manage it well.
  • Our clients are our partners, always do the right thing for them.
  • Always be learning.
  • Embrace failure, we learn the most when we make mistakes.
  • Get involved and enjoy yourself, life’s too short to take things too seriously.
