Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a proactive and results-oriented Paid Social Executive to join our fast-growing paid social team. Join our rapidly growing global creative agency, and be on the cutting edge of the performance creative world.

As a Performance Executive, you will play a critical role in driving campaign success through campaign activation, optimisation, and performance reporting across our client testing campaigns on Meta and TikTok. With a performance driven mindset and creative understanding, you will support the Paid Social Manager in day-to-day paid social optimisation, creative briefing and general account management, ensuring smooth creative execution and communication with clients.

Daily and monthly responsibilities

  • Responsible for updating Monday boards and project admin, as well as project managing internal Creative/Production questions & queries during asset delivery periods
  • Pulling data from Motion (our reporting platform) & Ads Manager for weekly report templates, summarising key learnings
  • Assist in compiling weekly creative brief templates and assist Paid Managers in briefing pod editors/creators/videographers
  • Day-to-day client comms over slack and email, including scheduling meetings, and managing feedback/amends and delivery deadlines
  • Daily Ad Ops; to include campaign set up, and daily optimisation against KPIs
  • Assist Paid Social Managers with creative concepting, including compiling visual references (competitor and adjacent category ads) UGC trends and category/market insights to inform test opportunities

What you’ll be bringing to the team

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in paid social campaign management.
  • Experience in performance reporting and analytics (inc Excel)
  • Proficiency in platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or similar.
  • Experience with client communication and relationship management is a plus.
  • Passion for performance marketing and data-driven creativity.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of performance creative best practices, as well as wider social trends/trending formats
  • Strong understanding of creative metrics and their impact on campaign performance
