Many are leading global brands. Some are bootstrapped, founder owned & run. They all trust us to significantly impact their growth through performance creative. Importantly, we ensure every client we sign is thoroughly vetted before we even offer to take them on. It’s important to us to grow the right way, with clients who we genuinely want to work with.

  • They’ve got to pass the “lunch test”. They’ve got to be genuine, friendly people to work with. Would we want to hang out or go and have lunch with them? Great relationships breed great work, and we want to give you a supportive environment to work and grow in, not clients who are unreasonable.

We’ve gone against the typical agency model and hired an extremely senior team first. Logic being, it’s important to build a firm foundation: be in a position to actually provide a great service to clients, and provide consistent up-skilling opportunities to the wider team as we grow.

Creative Strategists: All incredibly strong on consumer psychology, positioning, brand and the latest trends on social. They concept, brief and analyse creative to continue fuelling ad account growth.

Design Team: Experts across the full creative spectrum, from campaign-style motion through to low-fi organic feeling content. They bring ideas and brands to life, ensuring the thinking behind our creative lands in the context of social.

Operations Team: An essential team of highly organised individuals ensuring the volume and scale of creative that we put out remains slick and well oiled. Each of our team members is empowered to work and communicate closely with each other at all levels of the business.

We’re looking for an Account Director (Paid Social/Creative background) to join us who is excited about taking on a new challenge and quickly growing with us as a business. Day to day, you will be leading a pod of Creative Strategists, Designers and Ops specialists with a core remit to oversee the client experience, ensuring their long term growth & partnership with Aura.

Alongside being the lead strategic contact for your clients, you’ll also be part of the full client lifecycle, including leading pitches and onboarding new clients. You must be switched on, commercial, empathetic, ambitious, a natural leader with a positive attitude and a desire to learn new things, as well as the ability to pick yourself and your team up after making mistakes.

Ideally you should have at least 6+ years’ experience in performance marketing specifically, in an eCommerce focused role, either agency or client side, with a core focus on paid social or creative. We aim to delight our clients at every turn, so your client services skills will need to be exceptional - this is arguably the most important trait.

This is a pivotal role in the company as we continue to scale, and one where you’ll be instrumental in helping develop the talent within the agency itself too. You’ll be playing a vital role in helping grow not just Aura as a business but the wider Consumed Group too, and helping shape some of the best consumer ecommerce brands in the world.
