About the company

Auquan builds autonomous AI agents that eliminate repetitive work across institutional finance. Our agents power workflows across credit, investment, ESG, and compliance for firms like MetLife, T. Rowe Price, BC Partners, and ERM. We’re a Series A company defining a new category: agentic AI for institutional workflows. Today, 40% of the world’s top 50 financial institutions use Auquan. Our constraint is no longer demand — it’s how quickly we can discover, build, and scale new products from real client workflows.

The Role

We’re hiring Senior Outcome Engineers to build new products directly from real client problems. This is not a traditional solutions or implementation role.

You will:

  • Work directly with senior stakeholders at top financial institutions
  • Identify high-value, unsolved workflows
  • Rapidly turn those into MVP AI-powered products
  • Drive those products to real usage and measurable outcomes
  • Partner with Sales to map renewal, upsell and expansion opportunities

You are a 0→1 product builder embedded in the customer environment, responsible for turning ambiguous workflows into real, deployed AI products.

Requirements

Must-haves

  • 6-10+ years of B2B enterprise product experience, fintech and applied AI preferred
  • Proven track record of building products from 0→1: discovery → MVP → iteration → real usage
  • Strong client presence with the ability to guide and influence senior stakeholder conversations
  • Hands-on GenAI fluency (LLMs, workflows, rapid prototyping)
  • Builder mindset: ships V1s in days, thrives in ambiguity, bias to action
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder client environments

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in financial services workflows (credit, investing, research, monitoring)
  • Background in IB, private credit, PE, asset management, or consulting
  • Familiarity with financial data ecosystems (Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.)
  • Experience with LLM tooling (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, etc.)

You may be a fit if you’ve held roles like

  • Founding Product Manager or early product hire
  • AI Product Manager or AI Product Consultant
  • Forward Deployed Engineer / Forward Deployed Product
  • Solutions Engineer / Solutions Architect (with product ownership)
  • Technical Consultant who built products, not just delivered projects
  • Startup Founder or early operator (product-focused)
  • Financial analyst / investor who transitioned into building tools or automation
