Responsibilities:
- Crew — Prep, bake, and serve pretzels and other products; greet customers and take orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner; work with other staff on related tasks.
- Shift Lead — Direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety within Auntie Annes Pretzels.
- Monitors breaks, overtime, and scheduling for employees; assists with training new employees.
