Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unser Team in unbefristeter Festanstellung in Vollzeit einen Project Manager Assistant / Junior (m/w/d).
Stellenbeschreibung:
- Unterstützung der Project Manager bei der Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich Neugeschäft und Construction Service (von der Planung bis zur Auslieferung)
- Erstellung von Strukturplänen für die Übersicht von Projektkennzahlen hinsichtlich Quality, Time, Budget
- Mitwirkung im Tagesgeschäft innerhalb des Projektteams, z.B. Schnittstellen zum Kunden, Lieferanten und anderen Projektbeteiligten
- Überwachung der Projektziele, -chancen und –risiken
- Interne/ externe Berichterstattung (inkl. Präsentation bei Kunden und Projektbeteiligten)
- Koordination aller internen / externen Aktivitäten und Schnittstellen in Projekten des internationalen Anlagenbaus (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning)
- Erstellen der erforderlichen Projektberichte, Kalkulationen und Berechnungen
- Vorbereitung von Abweichungsanalysen, Nachträgen und Claims
Ihr persönliches Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit internationalen Kunden
- Bereitschaft zu weltweiten Dienstreisen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
